- Joined TGM in 2004.
- Over 25 years experience as a Human Resources professional
- Previously the National Human Resources Manager for Devine Limited from 2002 to 2004
- Prior to this Lesley worked in a variety of Human Resources roles for the Royal Australian Air Force. These included the Queensland Manager for Air Force Recruiting, the Air Force Training Manager for Defence Force Recruiting, the Air Force Representative on the Military Pilot Sustainability Project and Human Resources Manager for the VIP Jet Squadron in Canberra
